Home Care Services

We offer Adult and Elderly care, Home from the hospital, and help while you rehabilitate. Our services include but are not limited to: Community Inclusion, Friendship visits, meal preparation,laundry, Light House Cleaning, Shopping, Doctor's appointments, Letters writing and communication, reading, and we even fetch the remote! 

 

Supported Employment

Supported Employment services are defined as assistance necessary for the individual to obtain and maintain competitive employment, which may be performed on a full time or part time basis in an integrated setting.

 

Supported Living Coaching

Supported Living Coaching services provide training and assistance in a variety of activities to support individuals living in their own homes or apartments. This includes personal hygiene and grooming, meal preparation, shopping, personal finance management, and social and adaptive skills

Residential Habilitation (Group Home)

Residential care is for persons living in our group homes.  We support them in learning daily living skills, community inclusion and how to live as independently as possible. 

 

Respite Care

Respite Care services provides supportive care and supervision to individuals when the primary care-giver has a planned brief absence or an emergency absence from the home.
