Pernell & Ruby Mitchell have been Central Florida residents for over 27 years. Affectionately known around Leesburg as "Officer Mitchell", Pernell served his community as a police officer for over 15 years before retiring to pursue his dream of entrepreneurship. Ruby delivered packages for UPS before also retiring, and in 2005 the couple founded Wings of Love of Leesburg. Each of their seven children have had a hand in realizing their vision of serving the central Florida area.

Wings of Love is a community support agency dedicated to assisting all individuals in reaching their fullest potential. Since its inception, the company's primary mission is to help each and every one of the individuals we serve to obtain a better quality of life. We have helped people from all walks of life reach their truest potential by focusing on their abilities.
